NE Directions and Lodging Info

Directions to the medical school can be found via the Temple University School of Medicine Website:

If you will be traveling by train/subway please follow these directions from 30th Street Station in West Philadelphia:

1. From 30th street station walk south to Market and 30th street (1 block).
2. At Market and 30th street take the Market - Frankford subway line towards Frankford Transportation Center (towards City Hall).
3. Change trains at City Hall station for the free exchange to the Broad Street subway line. After exiting the subway car, follow signs to go to the Northbound Broad Street line (do not exit the station). Take the Northbound Broad Street subway line to the Allegheny station.
4. Walk 3 blocks north to arrive at the Medical Education and Research Building. You will pass Westmoreland, Ontario and Tioga streets as you exit and head north from Allegheny station.

If you will be traveling by car, please consider parking in one of the Temple University Hospital parking lots designated on the map as #18 and #25.  The location of the meeting is the Medical Education and Research Building which is designated #15 on the map.  Please note that the APSA NE Regional Meeting WILL NOT be validating parking for participants.

Lodging:  Due to several events occurring in Philadelphia during the weekend of November 19th, we were unable to reserve rooms at a host hotel.  If you have any specific questions regarding lodging, please email us and we will do our best to provide the necessary information.  nemeeting@physicianscientists.org
