AM 2010 Meeting Information
The ASCI/AAP and the CSCR/MWAFMR offer complimentary registration to APSA members who are attending the APSA Annual Meeting. The APSA forwards registration information to the ASCI/AAP and confirms your membership status with both the ASCI/AAP and the CSCR/MWAFMR in order for you to receive complimentary registration, and access to the respective travel / poster awards.
Select all the poster sessions you intend to submit an abstract to present for. Future relevant abstract submission or poster session information will be only be sent to you if you check the appropriate boxes.
For us to gain a better idea of the relative sizes of these sessions, please select your top choice. You are by no means restricted to this choice. This information is purely being used for us to make sure we have adequate and appropriate venues for these sessions.

This information will be used for Mentorship Breakfast assignments.
Please help us gain an accurate count for the various meals throughout the meeting so that we can continue to keep the overall costs of the meeting which translate into us keeping meeting registration fees at a low rate.

Friday Breakfast and Lunch offered at the Business Meeting are complimentary for APSA Leaders (includes Executive Council, Standing Committee Members, Institutional Representatives, and Regional Meeting Planning Committee Members). If you do not fit in this category, you are welcome to attend the business meeting but your meals will only be covered based on funding availability (you will be notified prior to the meeting).

APSA receives a limited number of complimentary tickets to the Friday ASCI Dinner each year. These tickets will be offered on a by invitation basis (so please indicate your availability to attend if you are interested in being considered and quickly RSVP when you receive a formal invitation in order to secure your spot). Additional tickets to the ASCI Dinner may be purchased on-site (depending on space availability).

Friday Dinner outings (not included as part of your registration fees) will be organized for attendees interested in experiencing a taste of the culinary side of Chicago with fellow meeting attendees. Attendees will be split up into groups of 10 to various establishments across the city of Chicago.

Saturday APSA Dinner is available at $25.00 / ticket (make sure that you check off the box for dinner tickets at the top of the page to pay now with your meeting registration fee). Attendees to the APSA Dinner will join in with the AAP Dinner attendees for their dinner speaker.

By indicating your availability to attend the Saturday or Sunday Mentorship Breakfasts (note you will only be assigned to one day or the other), you are indicating that you are willing and able to show up on time and attend the entire session. These sessions are 7:00 - 8:15 AM.
