Lesley Gardiner

Mrs. Lesley Gardiner is an MD-PhD candidate at Texas A&M Health Science Center (HSC).  She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2003 with a BS in Biology.  As an undergraduate she was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.  Mrs. Lesley Gardiner began her involvement with APSA in 2009 when she became the Institutional Representative for Texas A&M HSC. In the spring of 2010, she founded the first local APSA chapter at Texas A&M HSC, and also served as the Head Chair of the 2010 South Regional APSA meeting.  In addition to leadership positions within the APSA organization, she has also served on the MD/PhD steering committee at Texas A&M and was the Lead Coordinator charged with organizing the first annual MD/PhD Summer Seminar Lecture Series at Texas A&M HSC. Mrs. Lesley Gardiner was honored to recently begin serving as Vice President of Internal Affairs of APSA in spring 2011.
