Meeting Co-Chairs Matt McCurdy and Chirag Patel meet with APSA President Freddy T. Nguyen after the 2006 APSA Texas Regional Meeting.
The Executive Council is made up of twelve positions elected by the Institutional Representatives during the APSA Annual Meeting in April of each year. These positions are the only members of the Executive Council with voting privileges. The committee vice-chairs are included as non-voting members of the Executive Council and are appointed to their positions by the Executive Council. The vice-chairs may in the absence of the committee chair serve as the proxy vote.
